For me seeing spring bulbs emerging feels like I felt when I was a seven year old middle class kid on Christmas morning. Life is good. My favorite flowers are species crocus and daffodils. Daffodils get stronger every year.

Yes, they are cultivated there - eve those in my garden (sleeping now). I also happen to live in a style of house called "Dutch Colonial."
And we have stroopwaffles dfor Christmas - just need some salty drop.
