Members pre-view of Monet Waterlilies exhibit. Opens to the public this Sunday. Images taken Thursday and Friday.

The exhibit on Friday it was considerably more crowded. There are only six pieces being exhibited, one being the forty foot long waterlilies usually exhibited in the painting gallery. There was also the late bridge fr0m MoMA's collection.

Afterwards, I frequented some of my favorite haunts.

I always like photographs taken at the MOMA, it must be that the light is just right and the people are interesting. I also enjoyed the glimpses of the Water Lilies. I didn't realize it was that big. Thanks for the good show.

The lone figures seem to be placed or framed in the rectangles perfectly. I see a difference from your images of the subway-- perhaps because often the people on the subway are moving fast and here you could take a bit more time in framing your shot. good eye for composition...
