My father decided to have b\his family leave Cuba in 1961 after one of his good friends was arrested at night and put before a firing squad within twenty four hours - no trial because a friend left a box in his garagae that had arms. I remember going to see his family a few days later and how sad it was.

I really respecrt due process here, as imperfect as it is, many times.

That's a sad story, John. There is much injustice in the world still. There is a tremendous amount, more than you and I can imagine. We are fortunate people here in the Western world and we must never forget that and how precarious our human rights are. We are always only one generation away from becoming barbarians and forgetting democracy and due process.

P.S. What you call spelling mistakes, I just call sloppy typing.
