"barn.owls"
Babaloo, again - she has amazing trees. Old word, ageless. Middle Earth like wonder, Ivanhoe-ish. Europa. Thank you.
me.award.you
I have been given awards recently and with pleasure I pass them along, a one way one of a kind youme:
Debi is an inspiration and shows the world West Tejas. Cotton and wild pumpkins and a lot of heart. Great musical taste and the eye of a sturgeon, no I mean surgeon. My first sample....thank you, always.
Debi.be a world blogger, by way of Sweet Irene:
Lisa gets an award depicting someone quite sprite jumping on a trampoline looking for a NZ drunk recycling truck operator. Lisa has a great sense of humor and a sample friend. Unfortunately she is NOT inheriting the manly man award as given by Neda - she must invert it and flip it so it is legible and feminine. No, let me do it for her. Thank you, Lisa - mom.artist (something I can never be). Platonic and chaste, but with extra hearts for your kids:
Have a great day, night, morning.

Babaloo does indeed have amazing trees and you have made them more amazing still by making them ghost like and haunting.
Since I start at the bottom of the list, and yours is one of the first blogs I visit, I always feel that I ought to say a lot, starting out fresh. It's just like visiting and saying hello, but since it is just a one sided conversation, I run out of words, so I'll say goodbye again.
Parting is such sweet sorrow...
Don't you just lurve the dramatics?

Thankyou John, the award is much appreciated. Needed too at this time, I've been a roller-coaster ride these last few days. Not going to risk getting soppy, will just say a big platonic thankyou for the award and slink away again. My best to you.
I love your description of these trees. They do look like ancient European forests, and with (as Sweet Irene says) the ghost-like mystical effect look like the places of history and ancient folklore that they are.
Oh wow, I love what you've done with my trees! barn.owls is fantastic, I really like it. Thanks, John.
where is the ICE queen John....
looking through the eyes of barn.owls frozen in time...
travelling on a train for so long every day must give you some sort of visual snapshot mentality...I can see it here... :)
From the bottom of my sturgeon heart, thank you, JM.
It was my immense pleasure to be your first sample. I remember the thrill well.
I am a tree lover and I'm loving these trees and thank-you to Babaloo for capturing these lovely beauties.
Nice sampling John and great choice for doling out your awards, two well-deserving ladies.
You are so kind.
Nice sampling, I love the trees! Great photo to start with, lovely what you have done with it.
I must say that every time you use trees, I like what you do with them.
