Bobbie, you hit F5 to refresh web page and, when the scroll bar is past half, you move down the page by grabbing the bar at the right - pull page down - then you "print screen" real fast before refresh is completed. Copy into MS Paint and "save as."
Important to start with good image on the screen and do not pull down too soon or late. Like "kissing frogs" - start over if no good. No film, just time.
I nearly had it right how you did it only minus the refresh step. I do it accidently at times waiting for pages to load when I first visit. I like the effect...never would have thought to save it though!

John, how are you doing this? What causes these images to appear this way in your explorer? I love it whatever you are doing!
