When I stated in the prior post that images were "rejected," it meant that I decided that the image was not to be further worked on or posted. I have many images that are evolutionary "dead ends" or "forgotten snapshots" (a cautious "save as"). I sometimes look at these later and rarely I do become enamored or more often I crop a portion to post. When possible I try to work on larger sized images. Small version of a "rejected" image is above. The image work, with curves and spin outs, ended here.
More "rejected" images from the same vein - cropped to MS Paint dimensions - where it all began, for me.
For a long time I have tried to post art daily. I respect and I am astonished by those who do, those who create daily with consistent quality, such as Mick and Debi.
I think I will be slowing down. Not going away, just taking more time between posts.
I do miss some blog artist who inspire me - for example Neda who had a "blog of distinction" which became my gateway to meet other artists here such as Trinje, a gifted painter and photographer who also pours incredible glass sculptures. Trinje was the first to link my blog.
Who do you miss?
