Two more, again smaller versions. My larger file compositions seem more peaceful.

Winter branches and goldfish based. First attempts to play with "layers."

Peeking through the hazy fog to tell you that I am entranced by your zen-ability of the new pieces... Strong and masculine and yet tinged with delicate poetry.. Either that or I am in the wrong blog LOL!... I will skip commenting on the racoons and other misadventures...Let me just bathe in the glorious beauty of these creations... Well done, grasshopper :)

I love the 2nd piece, because that bottom quadrant had a close kin to our painted buntings! I saw the birds instantly, or, what I perceive to be birds, anyway!

Thank you all for your most generous comments. I do see the painted bunting reference now...the colors - a bird that is hard to p[aint becuasse it looks made up so colorful. I have seen them in Floirida and one in Central Park , Manhattan. we get many more indigo buntgings here, and even those a re fairly uncommon passing through.
