I like how you made the pearls evolve into something abstract and unrecognisable by a first time viewer.

Rotate this image to the right one turn it looks like a religious icon of sort. Golden crown, Madonna and Child, or Los Dios de las Muertos shrine.

Ok, that didn't come out quite right. We need the n--k, and it's the way you got to this image.

Like Lisa said, fun in the exploration, and it's fun seeing the process.
I like the space and pull from the 3-day pearl-moon. The colors gravitate beautifully into place.
