It has been a while since we (we?) have given a coveted mon.key award. Today we (we?) will bestow it on Irene and her perky dog, Jesker.

Irene was one of the first blogs I linked and she writes daily in a manner that astonishes me. She is honest, kind, thoughtful and brilliant. Her mandalas brighten my daily commute to the city and then I see them later in their full splendor on a flat screen.

Irene has lived in the States and knows the power of American litigation. It is more important here than making a better mouse trap. Almost a sport.

So, Irene, this one is just for you (click there):

I wish I could supply a banana split and a dog treat with it. Our best.

Oh John, you are the most hilarious and best blogging friend! Jesker and I liked the message from the Easter Monkey very much, in fact, it made Jesker bark from joy and I had to play it twice. We are also very happy with the monkey award and will post it with pride in tomorrow's post. Thanks very much!

John, I just noticed you left comment about my copyright text. You have my blessing to sample here and there.
I was just encouraged by our other peers to add copyright, so I did.

He who bestows awards may not spit in the face of moimois. The monkey looks like my kids and their friends after a make-over playdate, tres chic and tammy-fayish.
