"shrimp.fry"

"tide.pool"

Three MS Paint made excerpts of attempts at large file compositions. These details show snippets of something I would like to execute well as sub part of larger composition.

I see a haunting beauty here - a bit off kilter - sort of like looking at a pre-conservation era butterfly collection, rare lepidoptera pinned in a glass covered side.

There's alot of great stuff going on here. Not very technical jargon :(sorry for my naivete to this process however...

I can see tall narrow panels comprised from both pieces. I really like the application in bottom left half of shrimp.fry and the left corner strip of tide.pool as whole pieces for panels.

I also like the snippets of soft color which do appear like slides.

Beautiful work.

BTW it was indeed, a glorious weekend for golf here at Torrey Pines, while Woods and Mediate entertained us all.

My best to you and the family.

Talk about making some bold statements! Now you're talking! I like these very much. They are strong and in your face. Would love to see the larger composition, feel frustrated that I won't. Oh well...

Thanks - worked until ten tonight - have to work Sunday.

Problem with big file is large composition is butt ugly.

Listening to the Bon Iver CD and it is remarkable - cross between Neil Young and minimalist
Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys. Plus his own karma.

Talked the car service driver to take TriBoro Bridge to Long Island - being driven north along the East River on a magical pre-solstice night.

Peace. Always.
