After posting this quilt, I saw where Leslie requests her work not be presnted without permission - I was at work when I noticed and did not hav e time to remove this post.
My quilt is pretty removed from the original image.
I will remove the quilt if she minds and do apologize in advance.
This is too funny! My images were taken while I walked around our place, which I have done every autumn for years. I take the same images every year. I was thinking, you know John takes similar images in the same places. But his subjects move, and maybe he is moving too. My subjects are stationary, but I wonder what would happen if I…and I started to move the camera. Doesn’t work too well at a distance but close up its pretty blurry. The red image in the top left corner in my collage is especially blurred. I thought I should respond to blog comments and point out I “borrowed” your approach…. So here you are neighbor – a borrow for a borrow. And really those hostas are pretty deep in your image here….

A nice surprise here: the return of a quilt! Made me feel all cozy and at home, as a quilt will do.
Nice to see distant neighbors being friendly and sharing tools and such.
