"twenty.sum"
"detail"
Sampled off a Joanne find - amat with a number - twenty. There are hints of the metal ring... "a tatami on a 20 ." File size of top image is reduced to display here.
stunning contrast in colours John... I'm hoping to get stuck into some abstract painting next year and when I do I know where I'll be getting my inspiration!! ;) hope you are having fun with the pre Christmas shopping :) hohohoho
I'll double that, about the inspiration. These are so painterly. Makes me want to paint right over the mat. One day I really am going to do one of the ideas you inspire.
For now, I am enjoying looking at yours.
And it looks like you are doubling the ante, 2 20's...hmm...
High colors mastering. How many blogs you're managing? A great thing Ritalin was'nt discovered during our youth time! I appreciate your work very much and deeply thanks for your generous comment on mine. cheers from North, -Pierre

Stunning.
I meant,
smashing.
(as in, the informal definition)
very yummy - I saw them first elsewhere first. Still come in round the tradesman's entrance....
Lovely, lovely, they remind me of modern paper lanterns. Very delicate and the texture is great.
